Childcare and Social Services (Public Law)
If someone has raised concerns about the welfare of a child, Social Services have to investigate. No matter how you feel about Social Services’ involvement, getting expert legal advice at the outset is the most important thing you should do and we are here to help.
Whether you are a parent, grandparent or other family member, we will be able to help with straightforward practical advice during this very stressful time.
With years of experience in childcare law, we understand the process and we can represent you during any investigations, interviews and meetings with Social Services. Should Social Services issue court proceedings to remove a child from your care, we will support you throughout the process including any court hearings.
