Legal Secretary/Assistant - Conveyancing (Filey)
We are looking for a legal secretary/assistant to work in our property department assisting one of our Conveyancing Solicitors. This full-time, permanent position is based in our busy, friendly Filey office.
You must be a well organised and approachable individual, with experience in a similar role. You should be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, a strong command of the English language, excellent keyboard skills and you should possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel. Experience within the legal sector (particularly in property law / conveyancing) is preferred.
Duties include audio-typing, document preparation, diary management, administration and liaising with clients by phone and in person.
